    1. What payment methods do you accept?

    You can pay by either PayPal or Credit Card at the online checkout.


    2. I ordered some items on the weekend, when will I receive them?

    Our dispatch team operate from Monday to Friday and therefore any orders from the weekend will be shipped as soon as possible on our return to work the following Monday depending on volume of orders.


    3. How do I know to choose the right size?

    Please note that size charts do differ and so should be used as a guide only. If your item doesn’t fit, don’t worry we offer a 30 day returns policy so you can simply return and exchange for the right size.


    4. I would like to cancel my order?

    If your order has not been processed by our team then we are able to cancel the order however, please make sure you call us as soon as possible on (07) 4957 2227 and quote your order reference. Unfortunately if your order has already processed then we will be unable to cancel it however, we do offer a 30 day returns policy.

So for that reason we offer same-day-dispatch as long as we receive your order and payment before 2pm (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    1. I would like to return my order?

    Our customers are important to us and so we offer a ‘no quibble’ returns policy. We're happy to provide a 30 day money back guarantee for any accessories purchased in-store or online. Please note delivery charges do apply and are non-refundable. Items must be new, unused and swing tickets attached to qualify.

    2. When will my order be delivered?

    Once your order has been received we aim to dispatch within 48 hours, for delivery within 3-6 business days (excluding weekends).

    For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post  & Fastway, for delivery outside of Australia we use FedEx or Australian Post – International delivery. Deliveries cannot be made on public holidays.

    Note: Some items may not be in stock on the date of order/purchase due to high demand, in which case your item may have to be placed on back order, in extremely rare circumstances it may take up to 10 working days to arrive instore, under these particular circumstances you (the customer) will be notified immediately via email or phone. Once the order arrives in store it will then be sent via Express Post.


    3. How much is delivery?

    For orders to be delivered to Australian postcodes please refer to the following prices, a staff member can advise on delivery charges before payment of your order via our online chat module located at the lower right of our website. Standard shipping rates are as follows:

        • Flat rate fee of $9.95 for goods worth up to $50
        • FREE for all orders over $50 (Excludes Larger Items,Tyres, Oils & Aerosols)

    Please note these prices are based on delivering to mainland Australia.

    For all offshore islands and International orders a member of staff will contact you with a delivery estimate including International freight charges. Please contact customs or your local postal service as your order may be delayed for inspection or duties/taxes may apply which are not paid for by Bullet Bikes. This is applicable to all International shipping methods.


    4. Will I get charged duties of taxes?

    International purchases are sold free of Australian GST however, depending on which country you live in, there may be additional taxes or import duties imposed at the receivers end. Bullet Bikes is not liable for these charges and it is up to the customer to liaise with Customs regarding their delivery.

    In Australia there will be no additional costs.


    5. Where do you deliver to?

    Our customers are our number one priority so we will try to delivery to the majority of places across the world however, please note that some suppliers restrict sale of their products outside of Australia, we will advise you when we receive your order.

     6. My delivery address has changed?

    Not a problem, as long as your items haven’t been shipped then we can easily change your details on our systems. Please call us as soon as possible, quoting your order reference on (07) 4957 2227.


    7. How do I get next day shipping?

    ALL orders will be dispatched within a 48 hour time frame, unless a particular item is to be placed on back order.
